First, we do a deep dive into how we monetize your business and we define your revenue streams. We look at your operations to see how to support those revenue streams. Next, we define a marketing strategy to make your financial goals happen. Depending on the scope of the project, we provide comprehensive business models, marketing strategies, brand story powerpoints or in-depth strategy reports. Seeking Funding

We look at what it will take to ensure you have the funds you need to bring your vision to life. We consider whether grants, loans or investors are right for your business. Overseeing the Execution of the Strategy

Depending on the scope of the strategy, we determine how many hours are needed to oversee the execution of the plan. Once determined, we are retained on a fractional basis (anywhere from 10 to 80 hours a month, or more) to oversee the business strategy and work as an extension of your team. I am proud to be a returning Mentor for the ‘Build Your Dream’ Accelerator program at Make Lemonade, a co-working space in Toronto. In this role, I do what I love; mentoring entrepreneurs who have a crazy commitment to their ideas and the energy to see their dreams come to life!
